Returns & Refunds

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or free resend, your item must fall under one of the following categories:

  • The product arrived broken.
  • The product has quality issues.
  • The parcel was lost.
  • There have been no delivery updates for a long time.

To ensure that we can process your refund request efficiently and effectively, we kindly request that you follow these steps:
  • Please email us at support@usenaturehealing.com to initiate the refund process.
  • In your email, please include a photo of the broken product or a photo of the product with a manufacturing defect. This photo will help us assess the issue and expedite the refund process.
  • Please note that we can only process refunds for broken products if the defect is due to a shipping error. Therefore, it is important that you take photos of the broken product while it is still in the parcel. This will help us determine whether the product was damaged during transit.
  • If your return is approved, we will notify you by email and initiate your refund. Please note that refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process. The refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment automatically.

However, please note that there are certain situations where a refund or free resend may not be possible. We cannot offer a refund or free resend if:

  • The address provided was incomplete or incorrect, and the parcel was unable to be delivered as a result.
  • The recipient is unknown, cannot be contacted, or rejected the parcel, and we are unable to complete delivery or determine the reason for the issue.
  • The customer ordered the wrong size or is dissatisfied with the product when there is no problem with the item itself. In such cases, we will not be able to offer a refund or free resend as the issue does not relate to a defect or error on our part.
  • There was no feedback about the problem within 10 days after the parcel was delivered. We are unable to offer a refund or free resend if the issue is reported outside of this timeframe.

Customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs if the issue is not with the product.
